Thanks to our friends at Our Wee Pop Up Shop in Annan, DCGR were donated a considerable amount of dress patterns to sell to raise funds for our Homeless Hounds. They had their first outing at Dalbeattie Maker’s Market on Saturday past and a lovely lady bought a few for her own use. In conversation with Margaret Hill, she said it was a pity that some of the ladies in her Sewing Circle weren’t there, as more could have sold. Quick as a flash, the lady (Kathy Griffiths) volunteered to take the box of patterns away for her friends and today £32 was delivered to Dunrunnin from sales.
