Dan and Bob: Two gorgeous dogs still waiting for their forever homes.
There are some dogs who take a little longer to find a home.
Often it’s the black coated dogs, sometimes it’s the male dogs, typically people want the youngest dogs available and many people are looking for a smallish dog to fit in with busy homes and lives. So, if you are medium to large sized, glossy black coated boys and aged 4 years old… well, you see many of your kennel pals waving their paws goodbye as you continue to wait patiently for your new family to arrive.
Dan and Bob are brothers but are looking for separate forever homes. They are handsome, loving boys who are both living in foster homes. Between them, they have everything most people are looking for: great travellers, full of life and fun, affectionate, brilliant with children, great on lead, already house trained and used to life in the big world, one who can live with other dogs, one who wants to be the only pet.
Dan and Bob are both 4 years old, handsome black coated boys, medium to large sized, neutered, vaccinated, parasite treated and completely used to home life including stairs, can be left alone for a few hours, great with children and traffic.
Bob and Dan are both very affectionate dogs, Dan is more confident and would like to be the only dog in the home, Bob is more suited to a household with company, either another dog or people around during the day.
Dan and Bob absolutely love their toys, will play happily in a garden, love zoomies and are incredibly fit and active dogs. These boys are not couch potatoes, although they love a good snooze.
Dan and Bob are both amazingly good travellers in the car. They hop straight in unaided, settle happily and love going out on adventures. Dan walks very nicely on the lead and Bob can be a little stronger at times but has responded well to his lead training.
Both Bob and Dan are best suited to living in urban environments as they have both been racing dogs and are not suited to living with small furry companions, cats or near livestock.
