Once again the amazing people of Port Logan have generously raised a fantastic amount for the homeless hounds.
On Saturday 24th June, 2 of DCGRs happily rehomed greyhounds Jade and Bonnie were flying the flag for the currently homeless hounds at the Port Logan Fair. With their human helpers Robert, Vicky, Trish and young Nathan, they raised a huge £82.50 from sale of produce at the Table Top Sale.
Despite the rain keeping some of the crowds away, Bonnie and Jade tirelessly met and greeted the passers by and promoted all things greyhound with their energetic fundraising. As you can see from the photo Jade did her fundraising in the classic greyhound style whilst snoozing!
