DCGR are delighted to have a stall at the Dog Market being held in Lochside Park in Castle Douglas on Saturday 30th March.

Its a Greyt day out for all the family, taking place from 12 noon to 4pm on the banks of Carlingwark Loch near the Crannog Activity Centre.

Local producers will have stalls of doggy items for sale, plenty of yummy food stalls for refreshments (for both hounds and their humans), parking and amenities including 2 play parks for the younger visitors.

The highlight event will be a fabulous dog show which starts at 1pm and includes 10 fun classes for handlers and dogs including the Best Rescue class which we hope to enter and show off our marvellous homeless hounds.

We will have our own DCGR stall too with essential doggy items on sale, great gift ideas, handmade crafts and lots of actual greyhounds hoping to win your heart and find a home. All the money raised on our stall will go to the dogs in our care as always.
